At the heart of it, I am a fellow life traveler. My life calling is the support and service that I provide as a therapist.
In the quest for growth & healing, my practice uplifts and calls on the deeper/spiritual resources of a person. I am deeply connected with the uniqueness and gift of human life and find this appreciation serves the therapeutic space. In therapy you can expect practices that invite you to slow down, move inward and learn to relate to the self with compassion.
I largely utilize ego state (including IFS), somatic experiencing, EMDR, Brainspotting, DBT and person centered approaches. I have specialized a lot of my training in trauma focused work. I have experience treating concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, dissociation, co-dependency, and bi-polar.
In my free time I enjoy learning new skills and practices, currently I am exploring woodworking, searching for and harvesting plant friends for making teas and tinctures, and taking care of my spiritual health through meditation, yoga and contemplative reading.
